Measurements and specifications
are approximate only and may be subject to change without
prior notice. Descriptions such as Silver, Gold,
Chrome, Plasma, Titanium etc, refer to the colour or
finish only, not the material. All illustrations
are the property of DeZynaDog Ltd and must not be reproduced
without our written permission.
Payment by all major credit or
debit cards, cheques, postal orders, bank transfer,
cash at shows or at the DeZynaDog Showroom (cash is
strictly NOT accepted by mail). All payments are to
be made at the time of order. Do not forget to ask about
our very reasonable reliable carriage service and charges.
Prices and Delivery Charges: Prices
listed on this website are usually correct, however
it is possible that some could be incorrectly entered
or out of date. In the unlikely event that we are unable
supply goods at the price shown we will inform you.
If the correct price or delivery charge is not acceptable
we will cancel the order & no payment will be taken
from your card or cheque.
Delivery: whilst every effort will be made to
meet delivery times/dates, we do not accept liability
for the consequences of any delays. This is usually
a 1 to 2 day service, however during busy periods we
cannot guarantee to achieve this. We aim to dispatch
all orders as quickly as possible. Goods are not dispatched
or delivered on Saturdays or bank holidays and we usually
close for a few extra days at Christmas. Goods will
be dispatched by carrier, light haulage or Royal Mail
depending upon destination, size, value and weight of
your order, which is calculated automatically. Carriage
is charged per weight and value of each consignment.
The service chosen will be the fastest, safest, best
value we can offer at the time of dispatch. 'Set ups'
and large equipment can be delivered by members of the
DeZynaDog Team and our own transport (sometimes clients
may need to assist and un-pack) or by light haulage
on pallets (pallets are delivered to the premises and
left for the client to unwrap and should be signed for
as unchecked).
Collection of goods from the DeZynaDog showroom
is welcome; please ring to arrange collection.
Stock and availability: we hold vast amounts
of stock at all times, so generally we can accommodate
your requirements. If, however, we are out of stock
please ask staff for a near substitute, as we are sure
we will have some alternative products that should be
suitable.
Help and advice is always available: to our clients
it is free and we are happy to give it. Demonstrations
by appointment can be arranged, call 01553 816400 to
make an appointment or for further advice.
Servicing and repairs: our dedicated team offers
you a fast efficient service; they are all specially
trained and very helpful. Appointments are not always
necessary but advisable for immediate attention. Again
visitors welcome, while you wait, enjoy coffee and look
at the latest equipment and products in the new showroom,
ask for advice, and get lots of new ideas! Servicing
and repairs are accepted by mail or by carrier, send
to DeZynaDog Ltd, 30 Wooton Road, King's Lynn, Norfolk
PE30 4EX. Advice on sending your repairs or collections
of goods for repair can be arranged by calling our office
on 01553 816400. However, you will need to box your
equipment and pack it carefully - ask for more information
if required.
Credit: we are sorry that we DO NOT offer credit
under any circumstances, but we are sure you will be
happy with the service, the goods and the value.
Returns Policy: Please examine your order immediately
on receipt. Any problems or dissatisfaction with your
order must be communicated to DeZynaDog Ltd. within
3 working days of receipt your order. If DeZynaDog has
made a mistake with your order this will be rectified
as soon as possible and any return carriage charges
incurred by the customer will be refunded or we will
arrange collection of the goods (whichever is most suitable
under the circumstances).
If you have ordered in error and wish to exchange the
goods, please return the goods unopened, unused and
in a 100% resalable condition within 5 working days
and DeZynaDog will exchange the goods where possible
making any financial adjustments regarding cost of the
exchanged products. Please note the carriage charge
will NOT be refunded in these circumstances and an ADDITIONAL
standard postage charge will be made in re-sending the
replacement consignment goods back to you.
If you have ordered in error and no exchange is required
please return the goods unopened, unused and in a 100%
resalable condition within 5 working days and you will
be refunded, less a 10% restocking fee. No exceptions
to the rule will be made. Please note that the carriage
charge will NOT be refunded in this circumstance.
Damage: any package that looks damaged must
not be accepted or signed for. DeZynaDog must be
notified of any damage or missing items from any parcel
on delivery immediately so action can
be taken to ensure your satisfaction.
