Just a line to enclose a photo of Tzar as promised. This was taken in September
last year. As Trevor said, we were so pleased with the
shampoo. We knew that we would be delighted with the finish
from the moment we put it on his coat. The condition is marvellous
and he smells glorious. Keep up your good work, especially

this is too many people are quick to complain
when something goes wrong but never quick enough
to compliment when a great service has been given
